The bathroom had a vinyl tile over a plywood sub-floor.

The old tile and sub-floor was removed. Here's the new sub-floor.

A very thin layer of insulation for sound and temperature.

New wood/vinyl composite flooring.

New floor, with old vanity installed until the new one is build.

Wall cavity for the medicine cabinet. The junction box for the light is being raised to have more clearance for the cabinet.

There were some settlement cracks that needed repair.

New vanity, medicine cabinet both made of quarter sawn oak, and finished with Rubio Monocoat.

New bath hardware and enclosure. (Handles in open position for draining prior to leaving.)

Towel rack mounted to quarter sawn oak.
